My first full year of marketing and a milestone achieved

It has been exactly one full year since I discovered the warrior forum and started to pursue marketing in my spare time.

I tried every single "method" that there was and read every thread on here. It was a slow start to say the least.

The last two months I started to notice small income streams picking up from various sources. I kept my head down and refused to give up. Despite waking up and seeing way more days of no sales or clicks etc i kept pushing. Friends and family thought my ideas were a joke and waste of time.

This month I achieved a monetary monthly goal and it feels great. It validates everything that you have been doing and gives you hope.

I am a long long way from "making it" but I feel like I finally found the right tunnel to start down before seeing the light.

My advice to all that are just beginning this month like I did at this time last year? Everything works and nothing works depending on your approach. One of the best things that I did was take a break from the forum (information overload) and look at what made actual money for myself. Was it affiliate sales? Adsense? Regardless of the amount I looked at what was prove to work for myself.

It was then as simple as doing more of the same. Sometimes you need to just have patience and realize that this is work. A lot of work. It also takes time. If you need money fast then you are in the wrong place. Fire out some buck shot and see what works for YOU. We all have different skills and strengths. At the very least, give things a chance to work and the evaluate. Once you get your first bit of money come in, it's time to switch guns and use the sniper rifle and run with what works.
