Which Wordpress plugin do you use for disabling the highlighting and copying of your text in your site?

I'm currently using this one WordPress › WP-CopyProtect [Protect your blog posts] « WordPress Plugins , but it leaves a nasty link on the footer of every page. Which one do you se?

    Why bother? It's impossible to keep people from copying text from your site...even with those plugins. All they have to do is view the source and copy whatever they want. Or manually write it down on a piece of paper while looking at your site....or any of a hundred other ways. Come on...

    There's a plugin you can use that whenever anyone scraps or copies content off your blog and posts it elsewhere it adds a link back to your site automatically. I cannot remember the name though. :\

    I use wordpress prevent copy paste and it doesn't leave anything in the footer, enjoy.

    I'm not sure what your purpose to prevent people from coping text is, but as LillySage mentioned above, you're not stopping people from doing it no matter which plugin you use.

    If you only want to stop them from selecting text, you don't need a plugin. You can use the following CSS:

    -khtml-user-select: none;
    -webkit-touch-callout: none;
    -webkit-user-select: none;
    -moz-user-select: none;
    -ms-user-select: none;
    user-select: none;
