Feeling the economy thaw out a bit?

This was another good, good week -- orders flowed in nicely, my mailings had excellent response, folks increased the sizes of their orders.

Just a hunch, but I have a feeling that people have stopped freaking out about the economy and are getting back to their regular way of doing things. I always believed that, once there was a feeling that we've hit bottom, people would start looking up and feeling a bit more optimistic.

I must say, I didn't expect it to happen this soon, but if this is for real, cool.

Anyone else noticing things perking up?

    Howdy

    Is it the economy picking up, or just more desperate folks looking for the purple donkey in Internet Marketing.

    What will happen, assuming it is things picking up when the payment comes due for the unconscionable out of control spending that has been going on since the new administration took over.

    Probably a worse scenario than we have now :rolleyes:

    My IM stuff is busier than ever but in the real estate niche I have seen a definate pickup, averaging one new sale a week in one of my ventures, which I can tell you is a real upturn.

      Money is definitely a weird concept.

      Hard to tell what will happen with the extravagant spending by the current administration -- but it's probably easier to tell what would happen without it.

      Not that I'm crazy about the idea.

      Whether you want to assume this is because of desparate IMers depends upon what niches the other posters in this thread are targeting...

    I've definitely noticed a difference. Sales are much more frequent this year than last. It's actually very exciting to now SEE my efforts paying off! Let's keep it up America!
