How does PayPal see digital products?

Anyone of you have trouble with PayPal for selling digital products like ebooks before? Like refunds and complaints from buyers or closing your PayPal account?

Also is there a 3rd party service like e-junkie for selling digital products but accept payments on your behalf and payout to you bi-monthly or monthly?

    I've never had any problems either. An occasional refund, but that's to be expected.

    I've never had any issues that could just be blamed on PayPal - refunds and stuff like that will happen regardless of the payment processor.

    It depends on your products.
    No gambling, adult materials, violent, etc.
    Other than these, most products are pretty alright.

    I have two websites with paypal that sell digital products only.
    Home | Covert Subliminal Erotic Hypnosis
    Home | Covert Hypnotherapy
    Both have affiliate programs that do very well BTW

    But to answer you question, Paypal is super cool with everything as long as you do right. If someone isn't happy with something you sold them, refund their money no questions asked and move on, live to fight another day.

    I only use PayPal for all of my writing. I've never had a problem with it. And the couple of times when I didn't understand how to do something, their helpdesk promptly answered my messages.

    Have you had problems with them? Something that the rest of us should know about?

    Digital products are a major part of their business. I've had a Paypal account for 13 years and have never had a problem.
