What is the script used to create software sites?

I was curiour and checked the stats of one of software download sites and it blow me away. close to 2 million visitors per month!

1. What is the script they use?
2. What about the case of duplicate content?

I created a review site for regnow software but couldn't generate any traffic.
what could be the reason?

    I happened to check http://www.thedomainstat.com/ a domain name info site and it gets some 10,000 uniques/m according to buy sell ads. The script is 199 usd. If this works then I want to try it. I want some passive things b/c I don't have much time.

    Any type of site can get millions of visitors a month. If you don't have the time to nurture it, don't bother.
    But you know, according to the link in your signature, you can get lots of traffic for free and can easily make a few hundred dollars a day. So why do you need something new?

    I am getting just few visitors total. I would like to get a script or plugin that makes autopilot traffic possible for adsense and the like. The site I gave you above (thedomainstat.com) gets automatic traffic and the content is also auto. Would be glad to get something like that.
