Adwords Issue

Hello guys

Im trying to put a campaing for some keywords of a affiliate system and I think that I got only one competitor and this one uses this campaing for oneyear or more. I just set up mine a week ago.

All the keywords I put are 10/10. Im with a HIGH ad bid and budget.. But im still getting "Your ad shares a similar Display URL with a competing, higher ranking ad."

Is there any way to beat this other ad? Its strange that sometimes my ad shows and then I get this message again. Changing my bid, I appear again.

When someone clicks, the cost of the click is minimum ( like 0.02) while I fight to show an ad usin 20.00 CPC and U$150.00/daily budget

      I already did it but my ad get positioned into 2nd place (his ad first)
