Does anyone happen to know if it's possible to use WordPress's
content management interface on a blog that is hosted by
Blogger?

(I am referring to the text editor software -- the word processor-like
interface that you actually type your blog text into prior to uploading).

    There are lots of external blogging tools compatible with Blogger which offer the same rich text editing features as Wordpress. Maybe you should try one of them.
