What are the repercussions of taking a headline from a forum/article & turning it into a course?

I was wondering if I took a headline from an article that I saw and built it into a domain name/website, lifestyle, course, etc. Is there any harm in that? I only saw one article with the headline words, and, nowhere else I see it mentioned online. I am thinking about taking that one headline, and, building a whole concept around it "if" it catches on. I was brainstorming prior to seeing the headline for a newsletter name, and, that particular headline caught my attention. Just wondering you opinion.

P.S. The article actually isn't from a forum it is on a informational website.

    If there's no copyright to it, then I would think it is fair game. Do you have to use it exactly? Or can you change it up a bit to make it your own?

      Well i already had my own idea, but, I thought their headline might sound better than if I change it up. I'll split test to see.

      UPDATE: NEVERMIND I JUST CAME UP WITH A BETTER HEADLINE THAT FAST!!!! I WAS STUCK FOR A MINUTE, BUT, I GOT ONE NOW!!!! DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANY LEGAL MAY-BEES
