Problem with Hostgator WHM Panel? Here's the Fix!!!
Seems like I'm not the only person who had problems accessing their own HG hosted sites in the past few days.
Just learned Bev had the same proble - and it seems the solution I was given may be the cause of most of these.
Hostgator just did an upgrade and it affected sites using .htaccess files.
If you are getting a "download frame" when you try to access your HG sites in your Webhost Manager of a Reseller account or using google, etc - try this fix:
If your htaccess file contains the term "AddType" - change that to "AddHandler" .
