Best way to submit articles?

Hi guys,

I am a dating coach and need to establish authority and credibility in my field. I was advised that I should submit articles to about 100 directories a week.

The more I researched the more I got confused so here are few questions for you:

1. How many articles should one submit on weekly basis to look credible but not fake?

2. Is it better to use article bots or have an agency submit manually?

3. Any recommendations which article submitter bot is good?

4. What are some good directories to post articles or it does not matter?
