How do I go from Demi-Affiliate to Super-Affiliate?

Through some of my own resourcefulness and bootstrapping, I've been able to generate a modest non-zero income through Clickbank.

There's a major problem with my marketing method, and it's that there's a cap to the money that can be earned. I'm running into a wall scaling up beyond the current level of income that I enjoy.

The solution that I'm pursuing for now is to raise the value of my average visitor via Email marketing. My open and click through rates are high (25%+ and 10%+ respectively), but conversions are still slim.

The traffic, conversions and earnings are strong enough that I am able to rank in the middle for various affiliate competitions--most recently Google Sniper's VIP Affiliate Contest--thus why I consider myself to be a 'demi-affiliate' as opposed to the super-affiliate who routinely places in the top three.

How do you recommend I scale or overcome said wall?

As a favor to the people who inevitably ask, here's a summary of what I'm doing
  1. Look for keywords on YouTube for people who have a problem and are willing to pay for a solution. If the videos for those keywords say 'how to' it's a good indicator of the traffic I'm looking for.
  2. Buy advertising on the page of the videos ranking well on those keywords to get the average YouTube viewer to view my website
  3. The YouTube viewer turned website visitor sees the offer, and decides whether or not to buy.
Some basic numbers:

One click against my network of websites is worth on average $0.07 to me.

Make Money Online: $0.14
Build Muscle: $0.06
Lose Weight: $0.05

In all of those markets, it costs me less than that much money--per visitor on average--to generate my traffic.
