Confused about Different Affiliate Networks

What are some of the benefits of promoting in these other networks other than Clickbank, aside from payment option? If I have a product in one of the more broad niches like weightloss, why would I choose to promote on sites that receive far less traffic?

Do any top marketers actually use jvzoo, markethealth, etc?

You wouldn't use ClickBank for the traffic - how many purchasers in the weight loss market do you suppose search ClickBank for a product to buy?

The benefit of CB is the potential exposure your product will get to affiliates.

To promote the product itself, choose a marketing method that's targeted to your prospects.

I think you may have misunderstood what I meant. What I was trying to say was that if Clickbank get so much more traffic (as in affiliates exposure), then what is the motivation to use another network such as jvzoo?

        The Keyword is Reach.

Many successful businesses have their offer on multiple affiliate networks to extend their reach in the market.

One reason is that Jvzoo allows the product creators to offer affiliates 100% Commissions per sale(aswell as W+) compared to clickbank which allows 75%.

A 100% commission is attracttive for affiliates, as they get the full 100% profit for the sale.

        That is one reason.

and although you are giving away 100% commission on the front end, you actually make money on the backend by selling other items.

Please excuse my mentioning that it isn't quite right, though.

It's easily possible, at ClickBank (by using the "affiliate referral contract") for vendors to pay 100% commissions.

All they have to do is pay 75% commissions on each sale, plus 100% of the remaining 25% to each affiliate "for referring themselves as affiliates". And many do exactly that, and promote the opportunity as "100% commissions".

I love the Instant Payments and I hate Clickbanks requirement for 5 CC purchases to release funds. Everyone these days seem to use PayPal. I have a ton of money locked away in Clickbank that I can't touch.

The quantity of traffic that ClickBank (or any other affiliate network) receives has nothing to do with how much traffic your product receives.

That applies to Amazon, perhaps: people go to Amazon to "see what's for sale there". Nobody goes to ClickBank to see what's for sale there. And until a few days ago, all ClickBank vendors' sales pages were in any case hosted on the vendors' own sites, not on ClickBank's site (there's now another option, too).

But the traffic you get, wherever you sell your product, depends on what you and your affiliates do to generate traffic to the sales page. It's not connected with the network's traffic.

You can't compare the two (or three).

JVZoo is a PayPal-dependent affiliate network for digital products. MarketHealth is a retailer of physical products.

I personally have listen to Marlon Sander's teaching on converting every customer into an affiliate. By doing that, it will be a good way to build up a list of affiliates and you will always be able to send an email to them if you have a new order and the affiliates will be aware of it. Just my 2 cents
