Looking API friendly WordPress Shopping Theme

I want to make product shopping search engine and I will be using an API to pull in the products. Is the a program or WordPress them that will allow me to pull the data from my API key and display it on a page?

      Thank you for the reply but I don't need a shopping cart plugin I need a plugin the will products from an API of affiliate programs. When they click on the product it will send them to the affiliate web site. It's more or less a price comparison script
