Feedburner Problem

Anyone have problem wit feedburner problem? All the while i have no problem at all until these few days i got an error kept saying my feed is invalid:

The URL you entered does not appear to be a valid feed. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 13: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

There is no way to get a human from feedburner to answer as the contact point directly to their help forum where only people with problems posted and no admin or solutions are giving... this is definitely frustrating after google bought over feedburner and yet don't want to support it, leaving it to die itself.

Anyone got any solution or any alternatives, my feeds not working and my subscribers can't read my posts.

Yeah feedburner and google are merging apps. Until they get everything organized replace the default feed URL in your web template with the exact feed url of feedburner.

Even if you are using wordpress, or any cms system make sure that you are not using any plugins or widgets to redirect your feed. The feed must be feedburners and it must be hard coded in your pages for it to work 100% of the time.

You might want to try this first.

Download WP Greet Box
WordPress › WP Greet Box WordPress Plugins

Learn about it, Install it, and Activate it

See if the default rss feed works
if not go to Settings, WP Greet Box Options, General Configuration, Advanced Options, and put your feedburner URL in the box
http://feeds2.feedburner.com/[your-idname] without the brackets

I actually have a couple of ideas for your site. If you want I'd be happy to work on it with you for a small fee. But I have to get some sleep. I'll check back here tomorrow and see if you have figured it out.

You need to make sure you have a post first. This happened to me, I tried to set up my new blog on feedburner and I had no posts, as soon as I made a post, feedburner account verified the rss feed.

you have syntax errors, so what ever plugin you are using for your feed, remove it.

yup...my main problem now is the syntax error for feedburner. My blog got tonnes of posts, i never had such problem until i moved everything to google feeds.

it's not googles/feedburner, it's YOUR feed that is wrong. try loading it, it tells you what the error is. you have modified your feed somehow, you need to fix it.

i know is feed error, but i dont know how to fix it?

remove the plugins that you are using your feed for... if none there, reupload your wordpress files, and keep your config.php file, download that first, then reupload after you uploaded all the other files. and CMOD any files/folders as needed.

I can't be any more clearer than RE-upload your wordpress files!

but save / download your config.php file first, then re-load your wp files, then your config files.
