Some advice for a newbie please.

Hi guys, to you this may be a silly question but be gentle with me please, I am such a newbie here.

I have found a company offering a website selling re cycled laptops and mobile phones, the website looks pretty professional and their buy in fees are reasonable, they also offer dropshipping, my question is, "can maney be made with these types of sites/products?

Any advice/experiences appreciated.

    If you mean that whether you can make money or not via dropshipping, yes you definitely can but you better make sure that they are legit before sending them any money.

    Like others have said check them out first.
    Just a quick squiz, looks like they are dealing in refurb/reclaimed products
    as most of their laptops are at least 5 years old.

    As for pricing you may be able to squeeze a profit by using them as a drop-shipper
    but not if you are using eBay. Their prices are to high to factor in eBay/Paypal fees unless they are willing to do a deal for bulk orders which i doubt...

      Thanks, the prices shown on the url link are suggested retail prices, I think that their trade prices are around 25% lower, with this in mind would ebay be a go? In your opinion.

    Looks pretty neat and I think this has high potential generating money. I think you should just check ebay regarding the price so that you may find if the price are competitive in the market.

    You can make money, but you will still be faced with the usual internet marketing issues like getting traffic to the drop shipping site you are given.

    Who's your ideal market?
    What's your unique value proposition (why would people want to buy from you?)
    Unless you have a solid plan there is no need to proceed ...

    OP you didnt have to show the URL that is neither here nor there. I think you just wanted to know if it is possible to make money selling refurbished electronics and it is....however, can I suggest you use your yellow pages. call around and inquire about prices near you. You might can get lap tops cheaper. All that would be left is you working out drop shipping with them, or, wait till you prove that you can make money and work with 3rd party for your shipping needs.
