INTERNET MARKETING

The title says it all. What are you marketing?

Identify your primary niche. Identify your method, i.e. content marketing via blog or other means, video marketing via YouTube or similar means, podcasting, Social Media, paid ads??? Identify your sales process, are you an affiliate, a network marketer, a product creator, a service provider, in other words how do you earn your money

Not looking for secrets. General categories that are fairly common are good enough for the purposes of this question.

When all is said and done, I suspect the broad general categories will be revealing.

I'm involved in multiple niches including IM, travel, dating and weight loss among others which are so specific that I wouldn't share them here. I do pretty much everything promotion wise from email marketing, video, content syndication, solo ads, banner ads, PCP, social media, forums, blogs. I'm an affiliate, product creator AND a service provider.

After all the hundreds of hours of work I do, identifying profitable niches partly on the basis of their not being very competitive? Yes, I'm sure to post them here ...

I'm in competitive and non-competitive niches; global and local. 6 niches in total.

I promote popular products and products that don't have a publicized affiliate program (I set it up privately). I promote local businesses as well, which requires setting up a referral deal.

  You want people to identify their niche, method, and sales process. Why should they just willingly provide you with this information if they've worked hard to perfect it?
  
  You're obviously unsuccessful, bored out of your mind, and trying to poach other ideas in an attempt to replicate their methods . . . or you'd be far too busy with your own business otherwise.

I am mainly focusing on two programs or platforms if you will. I dont know your mind set or plans, but I am looking for residual income and less actively promoting i.e affiliate marketing, link building which requires a lot effort.

First one is Kindle, which has been going well right now.
Second, I decided to jump into network marketing, and no Its not EN as they require TOO much work and attention.

The program I am with allows me to buy downlines, have the call center sell/promote for me. Plus I can offer a trial run for 30 days to other people to test it out, without saying or pushing them to go ALL in .

For me to identify my primary niche and how I make money with it would be a "I would tell you but I would have to kill you" sort of thing. To figure out a good niche is like finding a gold mine.

I'm pretty sure Domino's Pizza wouldnt give away any of their marketing knowledge or strategies to the average Joe, not even would they if he paid for it.

So what makes you think someone will hand you over their prized "blueprint" so willingly and freely in a public place?

Health and fitness, IM, and affilliate marketing. My main marketing area is Facebook. It's all about attraction marketing I have a blog, interact in forums, and also do solo ads as well. No secrets here.

The way you are asking sounds like you are "demanding" that people reveal their niche, etc...

You remind me of some people I used to meet at Ebay seminars years ago who would come up to strangers and ask directly "what do you sell, who are your suppliers, where did you find them, etc.... Needless to say, their requests usually fell on deaf ears!

I have been mainly focusing on building my list right now. So email marketing for me. Want to build a list of at least 1K in three months. You know what they say "The money is in the list." Staying consistent and never giving up until I reach my goal.

umm.. weird question here fella. all I can say is, I am very busy writing an Amazon product review. I also post a few image on the tumblr to get traffic. next week, I will try to market a software and ebook that my team create about Amazon and tumblr. oh wait, why am I a telling you this stuff anyway.

  Well I work as an internet marketing consultant, and I market any thing from adult products (bondage and BDSM) to gifts and wooden toys for kids.
  I am a competitive person in nature so I love the challenge.
  Regardless I am now in a stage where I want to build and promote my own site. I found a niche and I am about to find a partner to run the site and manage the supplies.

I only specialized in Two stuffs:
1. List building
2. Email marketing

Have tried everything you can think of: PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, CPA, MLM,etc..
Now only do these two.. It suit me the most. And Getting best results.

I'm marketing smiles and good feelings. The niche isn't important. It's the result that's important. People spend money so they feel better about something. Sell something that allows them that and you can't fail.
