How long to keep emailing a list about a specific heath problem?

Let's say you build a list centered around a health problem that takes at most 2 weeks to heal/cure. After 2 weeks of sending emails regularly, is there much point in continuing emailing that list? Or should I just never give them complete info and keep them suffering for longer? (that sounds mean, doesn't it? )

That is indeed mean. When it comes to health don't listen only to your instinct of making money.

you should continue to email this list but focus on providing more valuable infomation to them. pretty sure not everyone on your list has bought your product or even opened an email yet. focus on trying to monitize those people

What are you trying to sell to your subscribers?

Why are you giving them free information?

You have to get organized and understand what you are doing.

It's quite hard to answer ... you are a bit too generic... in any case, if you are giving free bites of a product you can keep doing what you are doing... bare in mind that since you are emailing for 2 weeks doesn't mean that people will read your emails in 2 weeks.. or that they will read them at all...

And another thing is that maybe there are people who are already trying to cure it... so maybe a week has just passed...

But yeah... too hard to give you a specific answer...

Did all your prospects purchase the product and follow along?

Maybe think about those that didn't, and find out why they didn't and if there is a different solution the THEIR problems?

I don't actually have my own product, so in the emails I mostly promote pills, creams, etc. I also send informational emails from time to time with tips, homemade remedies, that sort of thing. Because this is something that can be cured in a short time, I thought that 2-3 week's worth of autoresponder emails would be enough, but from the replies it looks like I can continue emailing them pretty much indefinitely, correct?

I think you would need to take into consideration how responsive your list is. Are they buying anything you are offering, do you have quite a high un-open rate? How many of your emails get through too them?

The reason they probably opted in is because they need help solving a health condition. If you do to a GP or Doctor, they won't just say you need to buy this, they will offer advice along the way so always keep on top of that. If you just recommend something they might look locally or elsewhere, so you need to get testimonials of peoples results after using those products and ideally do something such as 2-4 day promotion (if you can).

If the timeline of your subscribers on the list is short then you need a OTO after opting in and research what your customers have already been using so set up a survey and ask them questions i.e. what they have used, what do they want to know etc..

      Hope this helps

This would have to be one of the most ridiculous posts I've ever read here on WF.

You should continue to email your list with content, with product sales once a week.
Beside content, you can also share your personal stuff with them.
Remember you are building a relationship with them.
Once they trust you, you can simply sell anything to them.

That's the power of email marketing!!

Maybe you should have thought your strategy through a little more before you started building a list based on a specific problem that can be solved in 2 weeks. Back to the drawing board you go my friend.
