ClickBank With PayPal? HELP

I've heard a lot about clickbank but it seems to have very high fees with slow payments. But the up side... WOWLY MY LORD AFFILIATES! But not all of my website will come from affiliates so I was thinking "why not use both?". So can I set my site up like the following?

site.com = PPC and normal stuff with PayPal
site.com/abc = Affiliates with ClickBank

So its basically different pages with different payment methods. But can I put both of them on a single domain? Or do I have to make a different domain name?

THANKS

    Yes that's fine.

There's an argument for reversing the pages viz

    site.com = Affiliates with ClickBank
site.com/abc = PPC and normal stuff with PayPal

as affiliates might worry that customers will try to
locate the home page (and thus lose out on commission)

I agree, your main page should be clickbank so affiliates can still get paid for return visitors.

But if I keep it like that will the affiliates get scared off? (not paying commissions sounds pretty good hehe)

          Do what Harvey says.

While I'm all for not having to pay commissions, your affiliates will get you
traffic and sales that you will not be able to get and that's why it's worth
it to have an affiliate program.

Wouldn't you want a guy with a responsive list of 10,000 subscribers promoting
your site permanently in his autoresponder or on his download page?
