Where can I get a Designer?

You'll be hard pressed to find people to do it in such short notice.

Why not just use a program such as paint.net and create it yourself. The ugly banners are often what work best so why not just create a simple banner along the same lines of the ones showing at the top of this forum. Just text.

If you know how to use photoshop or illustrator you can hop over to graphicriver.net and purchase a really nice one for a cheap price and edit it yourself instantly

Yes I'd recommend fivver..good advice is to pick someone who is well rated but doesn't have too many on his queue (if you need it fast)..also send him/ links to similar designs you like so that you can guide your gig to what you actually want.
