I am looking to purchase 20-30 articles, 250-500 words. Content will be based on network marketing, internet marketing, online marketing systems, etc....Does anyone have any suggestions of a trustworthy source to purchase articles from?

You could also try cyberhubonline.com . I just purchase 15 articles from them. The articles were good and the price was cheap, like $1.5 for 250 word article. The only bad thing i have to say about them, is that they are quite busy and the article writing could take longer then what is posted on there site.

Are they good quality articles from cyberhubonline.com? Also, what was the turn around time you had for your 15 articles?
That is incredible cheap if they are good, i will definitely give them a try.

Another quick thought: Do you want very specific articles on very specific topics of your choosing? That will cost you more. But if you want articles on IM in general, there are plenty of those around. A lot of the PLR articles are not great, but they can easily be re-written in much less time than doing the research to write your own article.
