What methods have you used that you implemented today and got money the very same day!

Here are some that I have used:

Offline sales - Money in my hand same day
Social Media promotions - Instant traffic to my offers
Middle Man services - Promoting someone elses offer for more money and taking my cut upfront

What methods have you used to make money the same day. Thought we could share them here as I know this question is asked a lot

  With social media I have a large following of fans, and followers that I have build up through Facebook and Twitter.
  
  When I want to promote an offer I just write a tweet or status update with a link to the offer. This is what I mean by instant traffic.
  
  Middle man services is when I find an offer on somewhere like fiverr, or another gig site and sell it for more on another site such as craigslist or on a website.
