Any "How To Do Group Coaching" Recommendations?

Hi all

I would like to offer group coaching to my community but am not sure of the best way to do it so participants can get full value.

I haven't offered group coaching before (nor have I been on any) so am unsure about the logistics of offering this service.
Some questions;
  • How do I do it?
  • What are the best tools to use?
  • What's the optimum number in a group?
I'm also concerned about people not completing their tasks and then not seeing the full benefits thus becoming unhappy customers.

Does anyone have any recommendations for any good products that teach this model? My community is non IM so I would prefer a course that doesn't focus on the IM community.

    Are you referring to like a membership website or offline coaching?

    If you are referring to membership sites, then you can use a membership script for wordpress to block the content. Then drip feed. Means you only enable new content every week automatically as the members pass through the stage. There are many ways to do this so your members are fulfilling the tasks.

      Thanks for replying. No, I don't mean membership sites and drip feeding member content.

      I'm specifically looking to offer live group coaching sessions - either weekly or monthly.

    Webinars are very common now a days. You can certainly google it to find the best place for webinar based on your requirements.

      Abbe - I do webinars already. What I'm looking for is information that teaches one how to run a group coaching programme. It could well be that webinars are part of that solution... that's what I need to learn.
