How can I figureout what I need for my wordpress blog...

Hi Warrior,

I need to have a wordpress blog that allows to accept links for the wordpress themes along with the link for the wordpress theme screen shot from the users that will goes to admin area from where I can moderate(either accept or reject).

If accepted then should appear on my post.

Please I need some suggestions here , am I need a wordpress theme or plugin or might be both or what?

Please also suggest somebody who can do it for me, with your experiences, or any site name where I can find either, theme, plugin, or programmer.

I hope, I am not asking too much.

    You want visitors to be able to select theme they want to see or to showcase themes in your blog?

    If you want to showcase themes in your blog in order to sell them than I think portfolio type of theme will do. There are few of those free on the net..

    Both, like a free them site, visitors are designers then should be able to upload
    Vistiors required any theme then, they should down load the theme from the provided link. Can you provide me the exact theme name.

    You can use Contact Form 7 to allow users to upload and send you files via email.
    Then you can place their themes on your website yourself.

    If you are asking if a user can upload a theme and have it instantly displayed on your blog, then I don't know of any plugins or themes that are designed for that. You would have to hire a php developer and have him create a custom app.

    Alfa: I'm sorry, but I do not understand what you are trying to say. What do you mean accept themes? When you discuss themes in connection with Wordpress you are talking about the actual website design or layout.

    I am confused about what you want. Sorry.

    Accept themes, in the sense a visitor who might be a theme designer and he want to publish his/her themes on this website. So that they can able to upload their link. etc.

    All you really have to do is grant them author status. By default authors can submit, but not publish posts. They can post their theme information and add a file (If you have media set up correctly) or just a link to where they have their files stored.

    Then you (Or anyone you set up as an Editor) can accept and publish, or reject and delete any posted themes.

    BUT, and this is a BIG BUT...

    There are about 5,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,003 free wordpress theme directories already out there. It's going to be very difficult to position yourself with any sort of USP that makes it worth the time and effort to go check out yet another free wordpress theme directory.
