What day or time of day do you sell?

I have read different rules of thought as to what day or time of day is best to send emails, sell, etc.

1. 1. Send emails early morning or in the afternoon.
2. 2. Don't send emails on Monday.
3. 3. Best day to sell is Saturday.
4. 4. Best time of day is 7 p.m. Pacific

I've also noticed that the WF has only over 200 viewing in the IM forum on Sunday, but over 4,000 during the week. Is Sunday truly the day of rest? Also, I imagine it can also depend on the type of product you are selling? If it is seasonal, etc.

Wanted to see if anyone has a particular practice they follow. Thanks.

    Depends what you're selling, where your target audience is mostly based in the world and many other things. There's no one rule fits all for all businesses.

    Yes - test it for yourself :p

    There's no "one size fits all" answer to this kind of question. The only way to know for sure is to test different factors with your own list and see how they respond.

    I have some lists where I get better results sending on weekday mornings and others where Sunday afternoon works better.

    There are tons of factors that will affect it, and anyone who tells you they have the definitive answer for everyone is either lying or deluded.
