I was trying to submit an article to buzzle but it says the article must not be submitted elsewhere. Does this mean I can not submit an article to EZA and submit the same to Buzzle?

Yes. At one time I used to submit my articles to EzineArticles and then to Buzzle but since Buzzle have changed the rules I've had to stop doing that. What you need to do is rewrite the article and make it unique for Buzzle. Mary |

will 30 % unique be good enough or do I need to rewrite everything?

I agree, change it up at least 30%. I use Content Mania, which cost me like $7 bucks on sale and is a great tool. I love it for rewriting articles. My recommendation is always submit to EZine first and wait for the confirmation the article is published. EZine is the 500 pound gorilla and they are the ones you want to keep happy.
