Where can I find someone to do a video sales letter?

Hello all.

Where can I find someone to do a video sales letter? I have the script and the ppt slide all done. All I need is someone with Camtasia or some similar program to record it - with a GREAT voice. The gigs over at Fiverr suck. The warriors for hire all do whiteboard-type videos - all I want is a simple voiceover. It's very difficult to search Guru.com for this type of work - so I'm stuck. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Michael

There are a ton of ways to get only a voiceover, so don't limit yourself to GURU.com, you can try any other freelancing website or better, you can use the websites niched on only voiceover like voices.com

Do they suck or you're using the wrong voiceover artist? I just had this chick do mine and she's freaking awesome:

Liz Chen – Voice Actor | Give Your Project a Voice

    Her fiverr handle is tigereyes

Then again, you may be too cheap to pay $5 per 150 words. She did a 5,200 word script for me, which was 40 gigs.

A lot of local radio DJ's will do voiceovers cheap and they usually sound great. Just find them on their FB's. They all have accounts.

Use a free screen capture software like CamStudio to just role through the PPT's to time with the voiceover. Mix it together with the free video editing software that comes on your PC.

You already got the hard work done from the sounds of it.

The great thing about using fiverr for video spokesmen is the fact that you can pick people with a track record and have publicly viewable samples of their work.

You can post the job in "Warriors For Hire" section and I am sure that there will be some Warriors here who knows how to do it.

You probably have to dig a little deeper with Fiverr. Some providers on there do exceptional voiceovers, you just need to provide clear instructions and expectations.

Throw my vote in for Fiverr, too. That site is my go-to for just about anything I need to outsource. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've only ever had one problem there, and it was minor. 99% of the jobs I've had done were absolutely perfect. The quality I get for the price I pay there never ceases to amaze me.

Sometimes a great way to achieve this is to find customers who've gone through something like Andy Jenkins "Video Boss" course, or Jon Benson's "VSL Course", or something similar.

They are top notch courses and quite often you'll find customers who have learned the how to's, but haven't actually done it themselves and wouldn't mind making a couple bucks throwing together a video for you. Just an idea.

      I second Nino's suggestion: voices.com

When I posted a job there, dozens of people responded. Each voice talent listed their price and a sample of their work.

      Highly recommended.

I HATE Fiverr for most things but voice talent is not one of them. I was able to get a professional podcast intro from a top radio guy for $5. It was crazy. Afterwards, I told the guy he was crazy and should be selling it for 10X that. I hate when people de-value themselves like that but you can definitely get some good voice talent on there.

Guru.com or Elance.com or any of the outsourcing sites. You are right it is difficult to find someone that is quality to do this kind of work. You just need to interview, see examples and post as many jobs as you can and (hopefully) pick the right person for the job.

Fiverr definitely! You can see a demo of the person before you buy, and don't be cheap trying to get it for just $5. If you want quality and qualntity be prepared to pay more.

Try Odesk or Elance. I recommend fiverr only for automatic tasks like lead generation, Fb Likes or Youtube views... Try to use peopelo with more experience for you copy...

I usually take someone from odesk and do the job for me. They have a lot of people who offer the services with cheap prices. You may also want to look around fiverr.
