Please give me some recommendations about best tool to receive faxes throuh you email, although you do not have fax number or fax machine

You did not mentioned where you want to send Fax but if its US or Canada then there gotfreefax.com. I never used it but have heard its pretty good.

  I use eFax and it works okay. I have the free version, which I don't believe they offer any longer. Requires d/l of their software, quality is good. I wish you could save to .pdf - probably allowed in pay version
  
  I'm unaware of any free fax to email services anymore.....that would be ideal!

I've been using Email Fax, Internet Fax Services, Free Faxing Online | Trustfax.com for years. They are very reliable and I've never had any issues with them.
