Anyone Using a Article Submission Software? Need a Good Option

I'm interested in syndicating my articles to a bunch of article directory sites. Is anyone using an article submission software? I can't imagine signing up for 25+ websites and manually posting my articles to each one.

There's no point in submitting to more than one article directory. Two at the very most. "More" isn't "better", in this context.

This thread will help you, by explaining clearly and in detail what benefits you can, and can't, get from article directory submission: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872

These threads mention some of the risks of multiple directory submission (especially automated directory submission! ) ...

However, after reading the comments If you still want to submit to more than one article directory I would suggest hiring someone on Fiverr to do it for you. Remember to
sort by rating so you get the best service for you buck

I'd suggest Article Kevo... It's safe before and it's safe now. Though I'm not focusing on SEO right now but it's the best Syndicating tool I've caught up so far.

Just remember to provide quality contents and don't abuse the system. That's the secret to any tools you use.

Most of the directories these submitters submit to are worthless.
You are much better off manually submitting to Ezine Articles and perhaps one or two others like GoArticles and ArticlesBase.

Most of the software claims it will submit to most of the sites. The truth is you still have to manually submit to many of them. Don't bother.

Like with links better follow the rule of less but with higher quality... most of the article bots are sending to a lot of junks directories...

I have to agree with Troy23 here... there was a lot of hype about mass submission to article directories and their importance.

IMO you'd get just as much value if not more from just submitting good quality articles to Ezine, ArticleBase and GoArticles. They're the main ones and I think you'll have your bases covered if you stick with them. You'll also get some great backlinks to your site from them (in the eyes of the big G).

Sorry, but this really is completely wrong. There's absolutely no point in submitting to article directories for their own backlinks. That was so even before all those Panda updates of 2011/12 decimated the SEO potential of article directories, and is all the more so, now, of course. Article directory backlinks are worthless, but that's never been part of their intended purpose anyway: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872

Yes, it would be bad. HubPages and Squidoo are not article directories. It would contravene their terms of service, be deleted and maybe get your account closed. Important general tip: before posting any material on any site you don't yourself own, always read the terms of service.

If you want to have your articles widely published in a way that attracts targeted traffic and valuable, relevant backlinks (and many of us here make our livings this way), this is the way to do it.

May we know the reason for syndicating your articles?

If it is for SEO backlinks
not really necessary to distribute so many directories as most of them are useless.
In fact you might be penalized by google.

    If it is for traffic,
I recommended to have your best content in your website/blog,
This will drive most targeted to your site.
You can also submit to ezines articles or another two..

You got to know what you are doing.
Don't follow what others are doing.

    Good luck.

ok guys, i'm sold. I will only post my articles to Ezine, Goarticles and Articlebase.

i am currently trying to gain more traffic for my blog and backlinks. so i thought that i could syndicate my articles and get some traffic (hopefully) that way. i have a ton of articles that people enjoy on my site, so i figured other people will enjoy them as well if i can just get them to read them!

second, i don't have many backlinks, so i thought that i could get a couple from article directories. even thought i know that is NOT the purpose of syndication.

that being said... do Hubpages and Squidoo fall into this same space? would it be bad to copy an existing article from my blog and post it to these two sites? So in the end I have 1 article that is syndicated to 5 places?

    good idea or bad idea?

i just thought of another question... when i post my article to the directories, should I use the same title for each? or should i change it for each directory?

    example:
    How to Buy Widgets
    Tips on buying widgets
    Which widgets you should buy

      It doesn't matter.

The only benefit and purpose in submitting an article to an article directory is for publishers to syndicate it from the article directory. It's not going to do you any good at all just sitting in the directory itself, is it? So you should use whatever title you think publishers will think might appeal to their own readers/subscribers/visitors (not always necessarily easy to judge, I admit - but that's all that matters, in this context!).

I don't mean to sound dismissive, but nobody's going to re-publish any of the three examples you mentioned above, because all three sound like a "disguised promotion". That isn't how article directories work: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872 .

If a suggestion doesn't offend you, it'll help you a lot to give the threads linked to above a careful read-through rather than asking a lot of subsidiary questions all of which are pretty clearly answered and explained in them.

Ah, good - that's greatly in their favor. People do often like re-publishing educational articles (as long as they don't promote a particular product/service, of course).

well this sucks. i just posted an article to ArticleBase and they rejected it saying this:

Your article "X" has been rejected by Articlesbase's Content Editor because it is has been detected as a non-unique article that has been published elsewhere online or already appears on Articlebase.com We only allow one copy of each article.

Seems like a pointless directory to me...

Yes, entirely pointless and silly. And that's putting it mildly. The last well-known article directory that tried that trick was one called "Buzzle", which eventually had to change its entire business model and is no longer an article directory per se. It's just ludicrous nonsense. Don't use that one! :p

That's not a problem you'll have with any other article directory.

(But - the reality is that you're pretty unlikely to benefit much by using any other than just Ezine Articles, anyway).

Article submission software is a thing of the past within the context of blasting dozens (or hundreds) of article directories. While some people still do this, if they've been doing it for the past few years they will have noticed a massive DROP in traffic, and it's not just because of the Google Algo changes.

Now, article submission software can save you time by automating some of the processes, but you'll notice there are more powerful automation tools out there, one of the most popular being SENuke (or whatever it's latest incarnation is).

I'm going to be blunt here, if you're going to focus on marketing your content, then you'll need to broaden your vision. Don't just focus on article directories, otherwise you'll have to write about 300 to 500 articles over a period of 1 to 2 years and by then you will have probably quit because you weren't getting the traffic necessary to earn the income you want.

There's been a civil war of sorts going on in the content world between those that blast their content and hoping something sticks versus those who want to write valuable content and market / promote their content so it reaches the right audience. And, of course, there is everything else inbetween those two extremes.

I'm not going to name names here, but some people have had extraordinary success creating 1 to 3 page blogs, tying them together, and ultimately creating their own blog network, as ONE way of getting their content out there. Some people combine their efforts with press releases and some people do some way out out-of-the-box-thinking and convert their free reports into free software and submit them to software submission sites.

I know of a couple people driving insane amounts of traffic by simply submitting their podcasts to places like iTunes.

This year more people will be accessing their information on mobile devices versus computers; that's a big shift in the IM world. So you'll also want to start reaching your audience via mobile devices. Some marketers state you HAVE to create your own apps in order to reach them, but really you don't have to go that route. You can buy advertising and reach them that way.

Don't limit yourself to just article directories, I've been at this a long time and I think they are a thing of the past (In their current form). Don't neglect them, but they should be a small part of your overall content marketing efforts.

Focus on platforms and networks too, think Kindle, Nook, Createspace, Clickbank, getting your product listed on CPA networks, etc. Think of ways to leverage your efforts by having people come to you.

I'm not limiting myself to article directories, I just need to get more eyes on my blog. I have thought about those other options and will use them. But, for now I am trying to think of a White Hat SEO and Traffic Strategy.

And with that, I thought article directories could help.

I have over 150+ unique articles on my website and i don't get as much traffic as i think i should. Google does not rank me for keywords... not sure why.

Anyways, part of my strategy is to also include Social Bookmarking.

      So my strategy is this...

Every day copy one of my articles over to a few article directories AND submit it to 50+ social bookmarking sites (using OnlyWire).

I was thinking that could help get more traffic.

I use Social Rank Jetsuite. Sends your articles to more than 300 Sites. And you could use a Rss Option Too..
