    One 'company' that has a full in-house service but each one of them are resellers. So to the unfamiliar with the industry, this company looks like a great full house source of everything. From domains, hosting, websites, graphics, seo, traffic, marketing, even t-shirts, but all are reseller programs put together by a teenager.

    Can this e-frankenstein happen?

      No, I want to understand the motivation of a company for becoming a channel partner. I want to learn what would make a company want to work with the reseller provider and most importantly, I want to learn how to effectively encourage a company to make a reseller platform a part of their organization instead of having a company 'ego' of thinking all is well and they can do everyone on their own.

    Absolutely, especially if you can get a white label service.

    An incredible thing is that a lot of the bigger companies do this already. I believe XBox 360 is one such product.

    It can be particularly good if you have some sort of geo-arbitrage going on.

    This business model will not do well.
    There is not branding.
    Difficult to convince spoke to part good money to you.

    I suggest you focus on one service such as domain registration
    And slowly add related services such as hosting..

    Don't be too ambitious. Lay your foundation and safety net 1st.
