It's simple, normal people are clicking your ads. You need businesses and retailers to buy your coal. Don't think a normal people is going to ship a container of coal to BBQ for the summer. You need to advertise on places where businesses look, like Alibaba and not on adwords.

Your landing page is a bunch of stats. You need to have a well written essay, or video, convincing people how cool your bbq is. You have to make them want it.

The site could use a better design also, customers are probably coming then leaving because they don't like the site.

The site is not the best, but I don't think that is the problem. He needs to target retailers, and not average searchers who are searching for a bag of coal to grill with. Targeting the wrong people IMO.

99 clicks might not be enough to form an opinion yet. I don't sell bulk charcoal out of Indonesia though. Do you normally see sales within the first 99 visitors?

I don't have a big problem with the page design. It could use improvement, but I doubt that is what's hurting you. Industrial B2B sites aren't really known for being works of art.

Could it be that you are not displaying the price?

I've had the similar problem with Facebook PPC. Is that what you're using?
