Case studies on sales figures for lead capture

I'm looking for case studies of lead capture's effect on sales. I recall there was a case study in a past newsletter of Dan Kennedy's mailing list. It involved an OBGYN's practice in Henderson, Nevada from $390,000 to $1.2 million in 2 years.

I tried looking on marketingexperiment.com for similar case studies but had no luck. Do you happen to recall examples where the business's sales skyrocketed after implementing lead capture in the medical or automotive industry. Thanks in advance for your help.
