If you're in a position to afford a mentor/coach, it will probably be one of the wisest decisions that you can make. I might also add that if you are NOT going to do what they advise you and continue in your ways, it's one of the most FOOLISH decisions that you can make.

As they say, when the student is READY, the teacher will appear. I think there are a lot of people here on the forum that is confused about what to do and how to make this internet marketing stuff work and therefore, there are those here that see it and are offering there assistance. But, all coaches/mentors are not created equal. You definitely have to do your due diligence to find the right one for your situation.

You would use a mentor to help guide you to make good decisions with building your internet marketing business. If you follow along with the mentor you should increase your earnings. They won't build the business for you, only give you ideas as to how to proceed.

Worth the money if you can afford it.

Some people just like to teach...

But you only see them because there is a demand.

More and more people come online each day looking to try to make money and many have no idea where to start or who to trust, etc. Unfortunately this leads to some getting scammed, some buying tons of products and others just becoming jaded and quitting altogether.

In most cases, folks who get a coach can shortcut the learning curve by learning from someone who has "been there done that". Some people just need a little confidence boost or reassurance that they are making a good decision.

A coach also helps with accountability. If you are paying for guidance and you have someone pushing you to succeed, it's easier to be a success...

Then again maybe I'm just biased, lol.

    Cheers,
    Coby

A good mentorship program should have:

    1. Pre-consultation
The mentor need to understand the student profile, expectations,
Knowledge, skills. He need to be confident whether he is able to help
    the student.

    2. Customised work plan
The mentor need to plan the overall work plan for the student to follow.
However, it's success will depend on the student's ability to execute it.

    3. Personal coaching.
There are so-called Gurus who provide only training videos or even
Get the assistants to contact the sessions.
    I don't recommend this coaching.

    4. Patience
Do note that most students are newbies or those facing difficulty understanding
Certain concepts. The mentor must be patience and eager to see the students' successes
    As his own.

    5. Bare it all
A good mentor should not be up selling all time.
This is taking advantages of the vulnerable situation
    Of the students.

    Hope these help.

I personally went through good and bad mentorships.
I understand the pains the students undergo.

Let's be more professional and grow more marketers in this field.

I don't think this season is any different from any other. Mentoring and coaching programs have been around forever.

Mentorship programs comes in different form depending on the provider.

Some people might give you seasons, others can work with you whenever you are ready, sometimes you have a time limit and so on.

So ask questions before you start any mentorship program and see if it fits into your schedule.

    Nobody can guarantee results.
There are far too many variables at play.
Much of it is down to trial and error and you should spend some time testing a few things yourself.

  • Here are a few things I noticed about mentoring from real life:
    1. 99% of people will never get or use a mentor
    2. 99% who get a mentor will not implement the advice
    3. students demand guarantee of results
    4. mentors try to streamline the mentoring to cram more students in the funnel

Just a few observation if 99% is not true it's around that number
