Craigslist ad posting software

I always see the same ad posted multiple times in Craigslist and was wondering if there is a software I can use to do that? I want to be able to post in multiple cities in the same day without being ghosted. There must be something that creates a different IP address each time you post??

    It's kinda expensive, but if you have a good sales funnel
    in place, outsourcing seems to be the best way to go
    about multiple listings in multiple cities without getting
    ghosted.
