Mentor/Course for Selling Products on Amazon
Hi,
I'm inspired by the Amazon Money Machine, and I don't have the $4,000 for the course.
I'm curious if someone in the community is an expert and ready to share their knowledge with me, and/or the world in exchange for money or in exchange for me helping them create a competing high quality course.
My ideal mentor/course would help me / teach me to:
- identify great product niche opportunities on amazon.com and/or validate the ones I research
- find and negotiate a supplier who will private label these products at a reasonable cost. I'd like to start small and scale up.
- give me pointers on how to market on amazon.com. I'm already pretty good at the marketing piece, and there is always more to learn!
Previous successes. I have started the following companies:
- successful ($2k - $5k a month) amazon.com kindle business in 12 months.
- online archery and sofa sites using Volusion - both sold
My skills are:
- I am coachable. I take action
- I am very organized
- I am excellent at managing offshore resources
- I can write good copy
- I have created courseware on several marketing topics
- I can create good videos and post them
- I love to do research
My ideal mentor:
- makes over $10k per month selling private label products on amazon.com, ideally less than $50 per item
- purchase in bulk from suppliers and has experience negotiating with them to start small
- has run their amazon.com business for over a year and enjoys it
- works less than 10 hours a week on the business (has a system)
My precise goal is to make over $30k per month so I can support the family and put the two teenagers through college.
What I have to offer in exchange:
- I can help you create a course on the subject (I've created courseware for organizations like IBM)
- I can test your course and give you testimonials
- I have some money for mentoring
- I have skills that I can barter for mentoring
What I'm not looking for:
- buying at retail and selling on amazon.com
- buying books, CD's or used products
- buying up bulk lots
Also, if someone did buy the amazon course and wants an accountability partner or brainstorming buddy, I'm up for that too!
