clickbank refund question

Hi,

I had a refund request which got closed today and the e-mail says i should be getting the refund in 2-5 business days. Now here's the thing. I lost my card today which is on my paypal account, and i immediately blocked it.

Now, i want to know if clickbank refunds this money directly to the bank account or to the paypal account (i had made the purchase using the card in the paypal account?

If it's the latter, how will clickbank refund my money, since my card is longer active?

It's not very clear... i mean if u used a credit card it will be refunded on that, if you used paypal will be refunded on your paypal account...

No bank account involved here... if you asked a refund on a credit card which is no more active depends... if it was just expired and you have a new one you will get the money... if you simply cancelled it than you should have told them in your request...

If you paid ClickBank by PayPal, ClickBank will refund it to your PayPal account, whether you funded your PayPal account for that purchase by credit-card or by bank transfer. (Your PayPal account it still open, isn't it?). How you then withdraw it from PayPal to your bank account is a matter between PayPal and yourself, and nothing to do with ClickBank.

The thing is that Paypal does not allow Indian customers to have balance. The transactions are only through the card uploaded on the account. So where does the refund money go? I'm guessing it goes back to the bank account of the card. In my case, that particular card is no longer active.

Ooh, I see what you mean, then. Yes, that does give you a "situation". Maybe best to talk to PayPal about what will happen with that money, then?

The refunds will go directly to your account used to pay the amount.

If you pay with PayPal, then the refund will go to your PayPal account.

The card associated with your PayPal account doesn't matter at all.
