Optin in header

Yo!

I am making a blog and I would like to throw the optin box in the header.

For the template I am using Revolution TV and my autoresponder is GetResponse.

I managed to put it in there, but when I paste it in, everything else on the page is off...

The site is still on my localhost, so I don't have a link yet unfortunately.
