help and guidance for a newbie

hello to all,

i am a little frustrated i have build in the last 3 months

a site with free e-books for listbuilding, i also build two salespages with exit scripts to at least get them on my list.

i used also a paid service called revisitors to drive traffic to
build at least the list when not selling but after 5000 hits on
the sites i got not one subscriber on my list.

what am i doing wrong can somebody please look over my sites and give me some advice.

    Those are just 3 sales pages from affiliate products. You need to target the traffic (your list or paid traffic) to these affiliate offers. That's the problem with these type of products.....there are 1,000's of affiliates promoting the same deal. At least build a list so you can market to them in the future.

    If you are a newbie then you starting with paid traffic and list building is a little hard I would imagine.

    You need experience with split testing AD campaigns, split testing landing pages, split testing email swipes, basically you need a lot of testing, time and experience

    I would focus on an easier method, for example starting a facebook page in the same niche as the one you work in and building an audience that way then send the traffic to your landing page to collect emails

    Or work on SEO and build your traffic that way

    If you sent rubbish traffic to your site then don't expect a good response!

    I have been posting on the WF and people are opting in to just learn from me! I have a popup and a sidebar optin form to capture emails.

    Just giving free content works! help as many people as possible and they want to learn from you! Giving value is KEY!

      This. Focus on building a list and offering high value to your subscribers. And continue to test and tweak to continue to improve your conversion rates. This will help you build a bigger more responsive list.

    I aint waitin all day for your Lapo site to load, but it
    looks bad, you should get a whole new design and
    start doing email marketing instead. Instead of
    promoting other people's content, create some of
    your own and promote that, it'll convert better if
    you provide good, unique content.

    the forexsite would convert better if it had a really
    good video on it, but it doesn't have an awesome video
    and awesome conversions you say?

    the other mmo site shouldn't look shady with a mystery
    dude looking at potential customers so strangely it's
    creepy. Fire that dude and get some new graphics
    and background color, cause that blue is ugly, sorry dude.

    If those are your sites, don't worry, you can still make
    them profitable if you change the content you have to
    listbuilding content. If they aren't PLR, you could probably
    find some to rewrite and make your own.

      thank you all for answering, but what it seems sometimes in forums and i like this very much is that members say and not say i hope all of you understand what i mean,
      great people should help each other not holding back if you are great you have
      nothing to lose only to win by helping.

      i hope more comments will come in helping a newbie to succeed.

    You need to a presell page, those affiliate offers are way to long. Being a Forex trade myself I wasn't even interested in such a huge page of information. Go about media buys.

    You need to first work on these sites. I was checking your incomestreamcourse.com and i cant find any Proper Call to Action button ("Click Here To Order Now" just a text) so for users hard for them to click on those links. You need to work on the content as well and then drive proper quality traffic. If you are spending money to purchase traffic may be start with Google adwords, they provide coupons - you can start with long tail keywords and compare results.

    Hey Oscar,

    I can almost guarantee the traffic you bought was garbage.

    But here's what I would do,

    Your daytrading product looks the best so I would focus on that one. Here's what I would do,

    1. Create free report
    2. Create squeezepage for the free report
    4. Join high traffic forums within the forex, daytrading, investing niches (must allow signature)
    5. Link signature to your squeeze
    6. Start posting really good content and really helping people out.
    7. After signup they should be re-directed to your salepage
    8. Create monster followup series promoting the salespage (offer lots of value)

    Also you can do the same as above instead buy real traffic from high traffic sites within the daytrading niche ex banner ads linked to your squeeze.

    You should also deffinetly look for affiliates and JV partners, start contacting some list owners within your niche and make a deal.
