Sorry, but will be worth next to nothing. you can get a nice PLR blog for $5 on Fiverr any time. Rank it and somebody will pay you for it.

You didn't say whether or not the articles were high quality articles, written by native English speakers/writers. At any rate, these kinds of sites generally don't fetch much. If you choose Flippa, bear in mind that it will cost you to list and you may not even get any bids on it.

3 - 5 times the income of the site. otherwise if you offer hosting and domain you charge about $1,000 - $5,000 depending on quality etc etc. All estimates based on other websites for sale. But research yourself and find similar sites for sale.

        If possible

-I would get them poof read by native English Speaker.
-Create a social media presence for the blog, Let it age before trying to Flip.

No revenue sites are going down hill on Flippa these days, especially after Flippa's entry fees reduction.

"SEO articles" and "high-quality articles" are pretty much mutually exclusive things.

"Non-native English speaker articles" and "high-quality articles" are entirely mutually exclusive things.

What you can sell a site for depends about 90% on its income. Without proven income, the value's typically minimal unless there's something really special/unusual about the quality of the content/design.

Also keep in mind how much work it is to flip a site. Unless you do it all the time, automate and are selling for hundreds, it's barely worth the money. You have to do backups, cancel private registration, unlock domain, communicate back and forth with bidders, round up traffic and income proof, transfer the files after sale, make sure you monitor email for the transfer confirmations, remove files from server, remove email accounts or forwards, remove your addon domain. For a one-off, I'd say forget it.

If it's original content it could be a lot less work and possibly just as profitable to sell that instead and forget the domain.

Or possibly the domain name itself it were something that might be considered 'premium' like easyfinancing.com (not available by the way)

What kind of traffic does the site get?

            How old is the domain?

            Have you started monetizing it?

These need to be addressed before you can put a value on it.

There are 2 kinds of Site Flipping Models:

    Website Flipping and Website Hatching.

I have been doing both since 2010 and I have amassed tons of cash and achieved huge success from these 2 Site Flipping Models.

First of all, website flipping is pretty straightforward which means you purchase someone's website at a low cost and flip it for a profit. It is similar to the real estate / property flipping industry out there in the brick and mortar world. But this time round, you are flipping virtual real estates. This model can be very lucrative if you understand how to Buy Low and Sell High.

On the other hand, website hatching is about building a website from scratch and then sell it at a decent amount of money. I do this more often than the formal because this model generates quicker money and you can repeat the website hatching model as many times as you want and earn a steady income from the model.

However, if you want to make it big on Flippa, then website hatching is becoming obsolete because most buyers now look for great value in a website which has good rankings and generates a profitable amount of earnings. Most buyers do not want a new website without ranking and earnings. I am not saying that website hatching doesn't work anymore... in fact, you can still generate a decent amount of income consistently by building new niche sites and selling them one by one on Flippa.

But if you want to generate great wealth and establishes yourself as a great seller, then website flipping is the way to go. You will need to Buy Low and Sell High. Website flipping model works this way: You need to source for a good website that is ranking well and generate a good amount of money yet the website is selling at a low cost. You then buy the site and then tweak the site to perform much better than before. If you are patient enough, do more efforts to grow the website into an authority site and then you can sell the site at a huge profit on Flippa. This works very well and it will give you a massive profits if you understand how this website flipping model works.

Last but not least, I still highly recommend all Internet Marketers to build a Real Internet Business. This includes identifying a good niche to venture into and then build a huge list on that niche. Next, build a solid relationship with your leads and then create good online products that provide good value. This is when you can sell to your list repeatedly and earn a consistent online income. This model in my opinion and experience is the REAL Internet Business. I hope all Internet marketers will understand this and walk the right path to Internet success.
