Time to Start Outsourcing - Need Some Tips...

It's time I take it up a notch and start outsourcing. I'm getting fed up of writing content day after day, and doing nothing else. Now that I'm earning a decent amount of money, it appears that my motivation seems to have gone down somewhat, but more importantly, I want to achieve my goals sooner rather than later.

I'm comfortable with SEO, designing a website, and so on, so I guess that it's just writers I'm after.

- Which websites are the best to get some cheap articles written (Amazon Reviews, 500-1,000 words)?

- I'm thinking about using iWriter, particularly as I can reject an article if I don't like it, but any other ideas?

As I won't be paying that much per article I know that the quality won't be the best, but providing that I tell the writer exactly how I want the articles to be written, and edit them afterwards, I should be okay.

- What's your criteria for selecting a writer?

- Once you find a writer you like, how can you hold onto him/her?

- In your experience, how much is a fair price for a decent 700 word article?

Fiverr, Odesk, Freelancer, Elance. I would choose Fiverr only if you are on tight budget.

    I use elance almost exclusively.

I post my jobs as invite only and then I look for writers. and invite if they fit the criteria

Example: I have a golf eccommerce site. I wanted a ebook to offer with my opt-in so I wrote up my ad posted the job as invite only and then started a search using "Golf" in the keyword search, then I filtered prospects by country and selected only US and Canada. It took me a while and I found someone. I usually only invite 2 to 3 people at a time.

I have them send me a fresh sample and I run it through copyscape.

I usually pay a bit more for my projects, but to me it has been worth it
