Need Conference Room for 500-3000 People

I need advice for Live Conference Room for 500-3000 people.
The room should have follow-me features and recording. I sure
look at GoWebinar. Do you have any other suggestions?

I need the very best, most solid. Price doesn't matter.

You may want to check out web conference, online meetings | Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro. I don't know if they meet all of your requirements, but I have heard good things about them.
