Is growth of mobile and app going to hit online advertising?

Personally speaking, I find I am less likely to notice advertising when I am accessing a site through a mobile browser or an app than I am when I am on the desktop or laptop.

That likely applies to me too, but I have a small screen on my cell phone.

My wife recently upgraded her cell phone, and now she has twice the screen that I do.

The reality is that most mobile will be used on tablets and larger cell phone screens, so it will not really be a big issue for most advertisers.

Additionally, publishers will put advertising banners as a floating image over the website to increase exposure for advertisers, since advertisers usually pay the bills.

Publishers will adapt different means and methods to make absolutely certain that we see their advertising, or else advertisers will stop paying their bills for them.
