I can never understand why...

So many vendors on Clickbank don't think about the needs of any affiliates they may have.

I've just found a really good product on there that I'd like to promote and there's no decent banners or anything to swipe for my affiliate site!!

Tip guys.

If you want affiliates to promote your product, make it as easy as possible for them and give them the tools to do so.

Also give them a sales page you can send them to with no opt-in form. Another thing I do for affiliates is provide them basic training. It can go a long way in increasing their conversions for you.

For example, I encourage my affiliates to build their own lists. I show them how to do this, which vendors I prefer, etc. Some people have called me nuts for doing this as these affiliates can (and do) become competitors. But some of my affilliates have become some of my best JV partners.

      I agree Rod

We give banners, boxes even swipe email on our main site for our affiliates

      I don't agree with this.

Any affiliate that requires basic training is an affiliate that will hardly make you any sales. The affiliates that WILL generate sales already know their stuff. So, in my humble opinion, providing basic training seems to me wasted time better spent somewhere else.
