How to install an elegant Customer Service Chat box on my website?

I would like to add a little "live chat" box on my website -- where I can provide customer service.

I guess website users will type in a message here, and then there should be some sort of service out there that will send me a Skype message or something???

Can anyone recommend one?

A VERY PROFESSIONAL looking one. I don't mind paying for a good one.
