A few seconds of your time please.. SMF or phpBB?

Planning to start a niche webmaster forum. Since we're all pretty much "webmasters" here I'd really appreciate anyone's votes/opinions.

SMF or phpBB?

These are the two best free forum softwares that come to mind. For a webmaster forum.. which would you prefer?

Not really interested in going for vBulletin or IPB. I'm more than happy with a free solution.

I've used phpBB for 9 years, it's great.

I'm not familiar with 'SMF'. All I know it's an internet acronym for stupid motherf....

I've used both and as far as I'm concerned SMF wins hands down

SMF. and if you can afford it, VBulletin is the best.
