It probably is, but I'd wait until next week to look into it.

Ha...lot's of sarcasm comes to mind...it's killing me not to leave a sarcastic remark.

But, really I think it could be profitable. People know they're procrastinators and they know they want to "cure" this ailment. And I would say they're willing to buy in order to "cure" it.

I think it's probably an evergreen market...just like diets. Because like 99% of people fail their diets. But, they're always willing to try the "new, fast, way." I think procrastinators fit in that same category.

Damnit the joke I wanted to make was already done. Nonetheless I think it's a good niche. Everyone always wants to somehow make themselves into this 100% productive robot so they're always looking for the new things to make them do that. It's almost like the weight loss/get in shape niche. So uh get to it, I need to start doing something, maybe, later.

I'm sure it can be, but you would probably have to have some amazing tony robbins charged sales pitch to get a lazy procrastinator to hit the buy button.

    Heck of a niche.

Here's a simple trick: go to Amazon and type in 'procrastination'. Plenty of books on sale, plenty of buyers. People want this stuff.

And what's more appealing to a procrastinator than a 'buy now' button that will make 'em all productive ...

The trick is to get people who procrastinate to buy now. If you can do that, you've got a damn good sales page.

The good thing is that whatever you sell them they'll never put it into action and never get results so you'll always be able to sell them the next big thing that's going to work.

The books on Amazon seem to sell well.

I believe the good thing about selling to procrastinators would be the fact that trying to cure procrastination kind of IS procrastination So they might buy just to put off some more important work.

Yes I think it could be a good niche but you really would have to have a report or ebook that could help people overcome the problem.

They would be looking for a solution to the problem. A lot of people procrastinate and they really don't know why. Is it a fear of failure or is it a form of laziness?

I would agree with others that procastination would be a good selling niche.
Just make a good solution report for procastination and many will buy it for sure.

It really depends on whether people take action, or sit and think about it, ask their friends etc.

Is there anyone else doing this? Have you seen any advertising for it? Any books on the subject? Look for proof others are doing it, then look for good products, and see if there is enough of both to keep you going...

I know a man who pay someone from craiglist classified ad to slap him really hard each time he go procrastinate in the working hour. Few days later, he claim that his productivity is increased by 70%. I know this is crazy, but some people are willing to pay for anyone who can prevent or even banish this lazy action.

I believe this will also be a good sub niche to enter in. My only advice is if your planning on selling an information product is to have a professional copywriter that is experienced in the personal development niche write your sales copy.
