Where do you people get your quality PLR ebooks?

I am looking to purchase some high quality PLR ebooks. Can you people suggest some source.

Most PLR books have master resale rights which means you see them everywhere and they are devalued.

The best ones do not have any such rights. I know there is at least one author in the WSO section who has produced amazing books. Also, there are some memberships that are hard to find that have good ones.

What do you want to use the books for? To sell? To give away? As bonuses?

To get a decent PLR product that isn't all over the internet, therefore highly competitive, I'd recommend a membership site in your niche that has a limited number of places or a one time lauch that gets removed after they have sold the 50, 100, 200 or whatever they choose to sell.

This way you get a PLR product that you can sell/give away that isn't on a ton of other websites. Nothing annoys someone more than buying a PLR product then realising that it's just a rehash of one that is already on your hardrive. The less competition the better.

Just try looking for PLR limited membership sites throughout google.

I want to use these reports for giving as a bonus and selling.

What I've found is that a lot of people buy MRR PLR eBook packages but rarely take action with them.

If 100 people get a copy, only 10 or so will use it. Only about half will promote it well or stick with it long enough to see results, leaving only about 5 real competitors. Then this 5% gets split over different promotional methods and approaches, making the competition much lower than you might expect for many eBook packages, even some stale ones from 3-5 years ago.
