How To Find Out What People Are Looking For?

I have a latest sports news site with entertaining stories and more..

What's your best tips, where should i go to get ideas for headlines/topics to write about to get longterm traffic from my articles. FYI I'm going to add 70+ articles per week from this week.

Any tips much appreciated.

    0 articles to 70 a week isn't recommended.

Yes I know you have a sports news site but do you listen to the sports news? That should give you some clues. What are the emerging trends? What do your readers want? Have you asked them? Put out a survey? Listen more.

    I wish you luck.

You could spend weeks gathering information from ESPN or Yahoo Sports.

If your content is not just scraped and is really unique content, apply to Google News and you'll get more traffic than you know what to do with. You have to comply with Google News and Google Webmaster guidelines strictly, but it's worth it owning a Google News site.

I know that didn't answer your question, but thought I'd mention it since it seems to be a news site.
