I've been wrong before, but I haven't heard of one, and I doubt it. Payza has a truly terrible history, as payment processors go (it used to be "AlertPay"), and Liberty Reserve is about the least convenient payment method ever devised by mankind (and also has a dreadful reputation simply because it's what so many Ponzis and HYIP's use, because no other payment processor will do business with them).

Since you live in the UK, wouldn't you be better off with things like ClickBank (and/or PayPal)? ClickBank is a huge and very good affiliate network and will pay affiliates by direct deposit into a UK bank account.

As far as i know CPATank may be able to pay you in LR. But they will make sure the leads are legit.

I can't say I blame you, to be honest. I also look at PayPal payouts as a potential disadvantage. However, ClickBank fits the bill perfectly for you: they take payment from customers by PayPal but don't pay out affiliates by PayPal.

If you can verify your Identity you won't have problems with Paypal. Even with amounts exceeding 4 figures.

I have heard people say that PayPal has pulled the plug on them but I have always found their service to be very good and I am very satisfied with them.

If your business is legitimate and you serve your customers well then PayPal will likely work for you. If you are scamming people or attracting too many complaints or refund requests they may just shut you down without notice, of course.
