Social Media CRM and managing leads - How do you do it?

Hello there.

I'm considering what CRM tool to use for both offline and online marketing.

Offline

I'm thinking of attending more networking events, business clubs, etc, and would like to manage the process of any prospects I get; but I am unsure of what would be the best software to do this.

I don't just want to email them and forget about it, I end up with a bunch of business cards, an address book full of email addresses and I end up forgettting why I contacted them or what kind of prospect the person was/is.

I'm wondering what the offline marketing experts on WF use to help manage prospects.

Even if its as simple as using Google Docs with a scanned picture of a business card and some kind of simple log that you update.

Online

With potentially thousands or millions of people you can be contacting, there is a new thing called "Social CRM", or managing your conversations with everything, everywhere.

Things like HubSpot and Nimble (Contact Management | Nimble Social CRM Software Nimble) can help do this.

But I am wondering what top tools the WF experts use to help manage prospects into a funnel.

I'm very interested in how other WM members, especially the experts who manage many leads (be it offline or online) and what software they use?
