Hi, i've watched a makeup tutorial on Youtube and i found that the video was made using iMovie which is a video editor for Macbook (It looks easy to use). I'm not using Macbook, does anyone know any video editing that is almost similar to iMovie?

iMovie is actually for OS X, not just macbook which is one particular type of Apple computer. It is a great program. I have used it many times.

However, there are many types of software that can do the same thing both for Windows and Mac.

Here are a few sites you can take a look at to learn more:

Hi I use iMovie and find it easy to use.
Lately I have started using keynote to come up with some amazing transitions in a Powerpoint like presentation. When I get it right I save it into Quicktime the import it into iMovie and add music or voice over and it looks quite nice.
Be careful you don't position anything near the top or bottom as there is some cropping that goes on moving between the programs.
To find out how to do this I just searched youtube

As someone that does a ton of video editing I have some advise for you!

I agree that Sony Vegas (which usually runs under $100) is very comparable to iMovie. It's pretty simple and can get the job done.

I used to be a total Mac snob and only work in Final Cut Pro until Apple decided to refactor the whole thing and turn it into a horrible application. I then moved to editing video on my PC... going back to a franchise I never thought I would - Adobe Premiere Pro.

I can totally say that Premiere Pro 5 blew me away. It's awesome. Premiere Pro 6 is even better with tastier filters and encoding options, runs MUCH faster and overall, has "more awesome" inside.

If you can afford it, definitely get Premiere Pro 5 or 6. Sony Vegas is definitely worth looking into. There are a few VERY basic video editors out there on PC for free.

For screen recording, there's Camtasia Studio and there's everyone else.

Windows used to come with a movie editor.
Not sure why they discontinued it. It was very good.
I think they moved it to the Cloud.
Anyway, I Googled Windows Movie Maker and found this.
